I came into photography later in life than most other photographers I know. I have always been one of those creative types. I’ve done a bit of writing, mostly short stories and poetry and a bit of ghost writing back in college. But until recent history nothing really grabbed hold of me. Writing was always more a form of catharsis than anything else. I could always tell a good story, and tell a good story well.

Then I discovered photography. To be honest, when it comes to photography, and all the greater lights in the industry would tell me I’m a fool for even admitting this, but if the subject is right I would shoot for free in a heart beat. Because all I really want to do is take up a camera and make images that recite my own poetic vision of the world.

My greatest fear is in laying out a list of packages and prices and inevitably pricing myself out of opportunities to photograph amazing people and telling their story. I would much rather get to know you, your story and how you want that story photographed and build a custom package for you that you will love as much as the photographs and that allows me to make this little mid-life dream of doing my art full time come true. I also hate the fact that someone’s financial situation limits the quality of the photography they receive. I believe that if I do good I’ll do well and my reward will be far more than financial alone, but rather the deep joy of creating amazing images for people regardless of their budget. So if you trust me with your images, I’ll trust you to compensate me what I’m worth.

Most Packages are around $2800 which includes a complimentary engagement shoot, DVD as well as an online gallery for print orders. Of course depending on your needs your package could be less or more.
